Founded by Mika Jain—an educator (Teach For America, KIPP SoCal Schools), philanthropy advisor (The Goldie Hawn Foundation, The Artemis Agency), and advocate for social-emotional learning (SEL)—MJC brings a grounded, equity-centered perspective to every partnership.
