Los Angeles DEIB Strategy Development
Co-led DEIB Strategy Planning for Los Angeles Education Partnership (LAEP), including developing a full theory of change and facilitating on-site PDs for 90 early childhood educators.
This work was conducted in collaboration with Gilded Knight Consulting.
Blended Impact Labs TAM Fellowship
Launched the inaugural Blended Impact Lab TAM Fellowship, a 6-week program for college and students and Opportunity Youth aged 18-24. This fellowship provides tools, mentorship, and resources to explore career pathways as founders, funders, and developers, culminating in a $5,000 research competition.

Crafted communications and marketing strategy for The BIG We’s inaugural Donor Convening, which brought together a powerful mix of national and local funders in Memphis. The strategy included a comprehensive communications and talking points document, custom invitations, approval workflows, event brochures, name cards, and other branded materials to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience.

Moderated Prevent Child Abuse America’s (PCAA) 2023 National Conference panel on entertainment and children’s wellbeing. Panelists included Paul Blavin, David Goldblum, Harold Green III, Raven Magwood, Siena Oberman, and Tito Olowu.
